Time-series settlement

Settlement for industrial consumers based on 15-minute metering; structured as basic charge + capacity charge + volumetric charge + reactive charge.

Time-series settlement is the standard settlement for larger industrial consumers (≥55.2 kW / 3×80 A contracted capacity). A remotely read meter records consumption in 15-minute resolution.

Its tariff structure: basic charge + contracted capacity charge + volumetric (consumption-proportional) charge + reactive charge. This structure is what makes peak shaving valuable (the capacity charge can be reduced), and it provides real 15-minute data for the simulation.

It contrasts with profile-based settlement, where there is no capacity charge. Full tariff table: Network usage charges.
