O&M

The value of the system is realised over its operating years — which is why operation and maintenance (O&M) is not an afterthought. With continuous monitoring, scheduled maintenance and SLA-based availability we secure the yield across the entire life cycle.

Remote monitoring and system condition assessments

Continuous remote monitoring services with hotline support, with real-time monitoring of generation and storage operation. Regular system condition assessments using drone-based thermal imaging inspections and electrical measurements — to prevent hidden faults and yield losses.

Scheduled maintenance and optimisation — RTERound-trip efficiency: the share of charged energy that can be discharged again — 86–92% for industrial systems.More in the glossary →

Scheduled maintenance services, regular inverter and BESS inspections, and repair and optimisation recommendations. We also track the round-trip efficiency of the storage and its degradation.

Long-term contract and SLA

Long-term operations and maintenance contracts — with production guarantees on request. The Service Level Agreement (SLA) works with defined response times and a technical availability target. In the EIaaS model, comprehensive operation is part of the service.

Frequently asked questions

What does the availability guarantee cover?+

The Service Level Agreement (SLA) sets a defined technical availability target (typically around 97%), with defined fault categories and response times. If the system performs below the committed level, a credit applies under the SLA mechanism. In the Energy Infrastructure as a Service model the entire operating risk sits with ICP.

Is a production guarantee available?+

Our long-term operations and maintenance contracts are also available with production guarantees. This is a separate negotiated item within the Premium packages — the details are agreed based on the specific system and consumption profile.
