Frequently asked questions
Can grant funding and the tax incentive be combined?+
Yes. The Jedlik grant and the energy efficiency tax incentive under §22/H of the Corporate Tax Act can both be claimed, up to the combined EU (GBER) aid intensity ceiling: 50% for small enterprises, 40% for medium-sized and 30% for large enterprises. If the grant does not exhaust the ceiling, the remainder can be topped up with the tax incentive.
Is there a route without capital investment?+
Yes — in the Energy Infrastructure as a Service (EIaaS) model no capital needs to be tied up: ICP installs and operates the system, you subscribe, and the service fee is lower than your savings. There is no grant application risk and no CAPEX.
