An ICP technician installing a solar PV system on an industrial roof

Process · Phase 3

Installation

Installation is turnkey (EPC): from the mounting structure to commissioning, everything from a single source. We work with leading partners on a brand-independent basis — selecting the best combination of inverter, storage and mounting system for each project — and hand over the complete technical documentation.

Installation of solar PV systems

Behind-the-meter systems for self-consumption, grid-tied feed-in and off-grid operation — on flat roofs, pitched roofs and ground-mounted alike, according to the designed sizing and orientation.

Battery energy storage systems — peak shavingPeak demand reduction: the BESS smooths peak load, lowering the contracted capacity charge.More in the glossary →

Installation and system integration of industrial BESS — on a shared connection point with the solar PV or standalone, with HUPX arbitrage and peak demand reduction capability.

Energy management and further elements

Installation and integration of energy management systems, installation of solar carports, and establishing new consumer connection points — the complete electrical infrastructure in one project.

Commissioning and documentation

Commissioning of the system, configuration of reverse-power protection and output control, and set-up of the metering points. Finally, handover of the as-built documentation, the warranty papers and the operating manual — the basis for the O&M phase.

Brand independence: for each project we recommend the solution that best meets your needs, rather than committing to a single brand.

Frequently asked questions

Is the installation turnkey?+

Yes. In the EPC (Engineering, Procurement, Construction) model everything is from a single source, from the mounting structure to commissioning: design, procurement, assembly, integration and start-up. We hand over the complete technical documentation, which is the basis for the O&M phase.

Can it be delivered without capital investment?+

Yes — in the Energy Infrastructure as a Service (EIaaS) model ICP installs and operates the system at its own cost, and you pay a service fee that is lower than your savings. In this case ICP also carries the installation risk and enforces the manufacturer warranties on your behalf.
